Divorce Doula Method is unique in that both the divorce itself, as well as the personal health and wellness goals of the client are addressed and supported.  

For the divorce, together we will strategize, organize documentation, discover your ideals (custody and financial, etc.), prep for meetings with your attorney (which can reduce the actual time spent with the attorney and thus reduce attorney fees), and tackle anything else that comes your way throughout your divorce proceedings.

For the health and wellness aspects, we will identify your physical health goals (and the emotional and spiritual ones as well) and the different ways to achieve them, tailored specifically for you.  My belief and experience is that if we feel good, we can get through the many, many lows that often accompany divorce and custody battles, better.  Divorce also marks new beginnings, making now the perfect time to jumpstart your transformation.
